If you are attending an auction and have not yet paid your fees, please fill out this form and complete payment prior to the event. We require pre-payment of all these seller fees. If you do not pre-pay, we will dock fees from your check + a $10 late fee.

Stalls are $35/night. 1 Friday Stall per horse is included in your catalog fee. Please select the amount of nights multiplied the amount of stalls you need (ex: 4 horses for 2 nights = 8 stalls.)

Shavings are available for $11 per bag. All stalls must have a minimum of 2 bags at a time per facility rules. Shavings are not included in your catalog fee. At Double Check & Castle Rock, you may bring your own. Montrose requires all shavings are purchased through them, so please prepay!
